walking is great for you...i do a lot of it as my job has me walking on 62 acres every weekday...and when i go to walmart...i park wayyyyyy back...and once in the store i make several laps...not all for shopping but for exercise...youd be surprised how many steps you can get in there...i do wear a pedometer to check my steps...every day...and i can easily do 20,000 and even 30...i've cracked 40 a few times and not sure about 50 but have come close...i've never really tried but could if i do...i've done this for most of my life as i've always worked outside...and in the last couple years i even get paid to stay healthy thru my work and a company called"VIRGIN HEALTH MILES"
