I have seven recurve bows, one signed by William Folberth, one signed by Paul Parmelee. None of the other five are signed but are "believed" to be made by Parmelee and Folberth.

Can someone advise a website where I might list these for sale? Thank you!!

You can post them here on our classified section, I'm not sure about some of the other sites allowing you to sell. The Leatherwall on Bowsite is a popular traditional site, but I don't know if they allow sales.
