1 wild turkey breats and 2 pheasqnt breasts (or 2 turkey breasts) cut into small cubes 1/2inch x 1/2 incu
30 oz cannelini beans
10 oz kidney beans
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup chili powder
1/8 cup minced garlic
1 qt chicken stock
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup flour
1 diced white onion
2 dice bell peppers one green one red
1 bay leaf
Plain salted nacho chips
Hot peppers....I us habenero or ghost peppers

Heat a big pot until very hot. Quickly brown turkey and add cumin chili powder and flour. Stir. Add onions and bell peppers. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock whipping cream bay leaf and garlic. Stir.
Add beans and let simmer for 45 minutes.

For hot chili add habenero pepper with 15 minutes left to simmer. Sometimes I do 2 peppers for 20. You can vary the heat depending on how long the peppers stay in and how many. I slice a hole in the peppers to let th seeds and ribs heat it.

After it simmers...remove hot peppers and bay leaf. Eat and dip the chips in it! Its awesome!

I didn't have green bell pepper in this batch so I used 2 reds.
