I would advise against it. There are many airborne threats for a turkey, and they are constantly watching the sky from the time they are born. Building a natural ground blind is a much better choice. If your hunting private and can spend some time on it, you can go semi permenant by using some cast off lumber and get the same effect as a pop up deal. Foliage is thick enough this year to make due with natural materials. It's gonna take some time to set it up, and you won't be able to move it, but you should be able to engineer something that will conceal you good enough even for a bow.
