The Old Lady & Obama
An elderly lady was walking along the beach on Martha's Vineyard when she
slipped and fell. President Obama, who was vacationing there,
coincidentally was walking behind her and helped her up. She thanked him
and he responded, "It was a pleasure to help you, but don't you recognize
me? I am your president; and can I count on your vote in the next
election?" The elderly woman laughed and replied: ''Thank you again, but I
fell on my ass...not on my head!"
