I rubbed the ribs with Smokehouse BBQ rub, put them in a Ziploc bag & into the fridge for about 2 hours. Preheated the grill & started the Grill Kicker smoke cartridge, I put the ribs over the center 2 burners, which were shut off, & adjusted the outside 2 burners to keep the temp at 225.
I turned the ribs over every 90 minutes for 3 hours. I hit the bone side of the ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce for 10 minutes, flipped them & sauced them for another 10 minutes. Then it was Katy Bar the Door!!!!
