2 lbs. of bluegill fillets
1 cup of flour
1 egg
2 cups of s. cream & onion chips (coarsely crushed)

Coarsely crush the chips in a resealable bag then spread on a plate. Put flour in the same bag, then lightly beat the egg in a bowl. Dip the fillets in the egg, then flour, egg again, then press firmly in the chips on the plate, coating both sides. Bake at 400 degrees in a greased pan for about 15 minutes or until the fish flakes.
