I beleive that if there are asian carp there, and they are caught every one should have to be disposed of but not back into the lake

Agreed. However, they won't be caught on a fish hook, since they are filter feeders, eating tiny plants in the water. Any catches would have to be from commercial netters that are targeting other species.

I think it should be a law for those commercial netters to dispose of them any way besides back into any kind of waterway
