My son and I decided to do a little wading at Mosquito yesterday. Although the water was a bit cloudy from the recent rains, we could see good enough to shoot. I stuck two carp within minutes, but then a storm moved in and forced us back to the truck. It ended up blowing by pretty fast and clearing up, but we had already headed home. Going to try to make it out Sunday.
nice fish. I went out with my father in law and we only had a couple hours since he had to work the next day. Shot 5 in 2 hrs with the biggest being 12lb. Mosquito is an awesome place for bow fishing carp. Although, I kept getting the trolling motor wrapped up in the shallows
