6 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Asian sesame oil
4 salmon steaks (about 6oz each)
2 green onions (thinly sliced diagonal)

preheat grill to medium heat. in a 2qt saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil to boiling over med. high heat and boil slightly until thickened ( about 3 minutes). place salmon on a hot grill rack and cover and cook, turning once and brushing frequently with teriyaki mixture. cook fish until just opaque throughout. transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with green onion.
