Just another way to make a buck, another tax. Isn't anything free anymore? If you want take people on a hunt, to hunt something that isn't real, that should be your business, not the state governments.

Don't ALL businesses that operate in public parks need a permit or license? If he were taking these tours for free then I could see the complaint. Does he even have a vendor's license to conduct a for-profit businees in that state?

I'm conducting Easter tours of my backyard looking for the Easter bunny. It's only $100 per person. Any takers? I already have a vendor's license...
