Oldies but Goldies

Back on July 10th, 2009, I almost always have my camera in the truck & was able to get quite a
few pics. This is the original story.

Had lunch with Sis today & as we headed to the lumber yard afterwards, I saw what I initially thought
was a yard ornament. Then I realized it was & started yelling “LOOK!! LOOK!! LOOK!!” as I stopped.
There was a doe with triplets just off the road less than 20 yards from us. I managed to grab the camera
& started snapping. The 3rd fawn was to the right & they never got close enough to get all 4 deer in the
same pic. I had the 100-400 lens so I was a little limited. Here’s 1 of those times when a smaller lens
would have been better. I have seen a lot of twins but never triplets.

This is 1 of my all time favorites. It's almost as if the fawn was posing for me.
