I decided that I needed to have a mixed grill meal for supper tonight so I broke out a zuke, an acorn squash, a bell pepper, & a sweet tator as the veggie portions. I also pulled out an Omaha Steaks pork loin boneless chop & a beef top sirloin steak (Thx Etta.)

I started the acorn 1st as it is thicker & will take longer to cook. After grilling upside down, I flipped it & placed butter & brown sugar into the squash. I also used butter & brown sugar on the tator. I put the rest of the veggies & meat in the center of the grill & cooked them using the indirect method.

As far as the cooking times, you’ll need to do whatever it takes; it will be different for everything & is a kind of trial & error thing. All told, it took about 45 minutes.

It was all really tasty & hit all the right spots!!

Thx. It's the seasoning that came with the Omaha Steaks box, their blend.
