I must say I love anyone willing to learn but have found that alot now days only want to learn when is pay day
I would love to be a neighbor and guide you bet I'm up on the Mi/Oh line so that's impossible with a screwed up back. Do you have inspectors watching over the progress? If so, contact and see if they follow the National Elect Code (NEC) or do they have their own. Here in N Ohio each county is different except Lucas and they have their own Period. Personally I wire using Lucas county code:
2 kitchen plugs = a 20a circuit
Each major appliance is a separate 20a circuit.
I could go on but I find it to be the safest over the NEC where you can get away with 2 -20a circuits for entire kitchen, nothing but popping breakers. Google Lucas county wattage schedule, it will assist.
I'm NOT Mr go by the book but am one to help people in need. I've found in over 35 years in the field is the best way to wire a house is after ALL other trades are completed because there's less chance of wires being cut. It's easier to move a outlet than a water line or bath drain in some cases.
The "new" codes since I retired come around yearly so just make sure you get help from someone that's up to date on all codes.

My brother is a retired Columbus, Ohio city electrician and I am following the Franklin County Columbus, Ohio city wiring codes (A million miles ahead of no codes for anything in Jackson County Ohio except for my septic system through the county health department). My brother has too many back and disc issues as well as blood pressure and heart issues for me to push him to drive nearly three hours just to be in pain and yell, and I do not want to be doing CPR on my brother either if you know what I mean. My brother did come down for three days to help get electric in ground and to both homes and installed into both home panels, and after that He went home and was very sore and hurt. Yes, I want to learn and be taught not have it done for me. I my smallest breaker is 20amp and I won't use less.

I'm going to suggest whoever you get to help you is a licensed and bonded individual. I see that the inside panel has no wires going to it so I'm guessing you will be using a mail lug panel and disconnect....very costly. Where is the main panel feeding the home? If you are coming from another structure, I believe they will make you make the residence the main feed then feed the other buildings.
I'm not able to do any more electrical work but strongly suggest to stay away from spray foam because you will never be able to access the walls for wiring missed or damaged, plumbing included.
I did get "involved" in a job like this in Michigan, set price per hour and I was to be the brains and he the braun. He had already pulled permit but inspector was watching closely and checked me out and was very helpful but the owner wasn't keeping up his end by having people run the wire as I instructed so it was taking longer than expected, he started blaming me. I told him I could get a crew in and one weekend have it complete for rough inspection but he said he was short of $. Then the Sh&* hit the fan.........he started drywall before inspection was ready.
Long story short, unless you have family that knows what they are doing, you are dealing with your family's lives and I would only have a pro do it. Insurance will look into this i'm sure as strict as Ohio is getting.
No one dies from home flooding because a bad waterline but wiring is nothing to play with.
BTW....your offer could involve liability also is someone was to be injured.

Took these this morning to show that Buckeye Rural Electric has down their part and approved and signed off on my part done. My brother is a disabled Columbus, Ohio city electrician, and we followed the Franklin County/ Columbus, Ohio city codes for installing the electric in ground to both houses that was extremely pleasing to Buckeye Rural Electric when there are "NO" Wiring codes in Jackson County, just Buckeye Rural Electrics personal safety code that we far exceeded, only the health department has any building codes in the county for your septic system. My brother lives three hours away and is in extreme poor health, and for the life of me I cannot push him past the three days he spent here helping me get power properly to both homes and into the fuse panels correctly. I have done CPR on others in the past, and heaven knows I would hate to be doing it on my brother! So, it is why I am seeking a teach/helper for what I can offer in return, and all my work here is not fly by night or by the seat of my pants, or I would just push ahead on my own fudging things up. Let me tell you the digging and hard work has been done and approved and signed off on already by Buckeye Rural Electric Company.

If he has Buckeye Rural for his power provider they do not allow you to mount your meter and main panel on your structure. It has to be free standing away from your structure for they told me liability reason’s. So your panel in your structure is a sub panel. I went through this last year. They do things a little different then I’m used to 400amp meter panel and main was like $1000

Buckeye Rural signed off and installed their pole transformer and power a year ago. No issues and I have power above Buckeye Rurals codes in both homes. I just need a teacher/coach. Up dated power pics to quell those questions I took this morning.

I have been building a true old-style post and beam home here on my farm that is 47 acres that hunts like 100 acres given the hilly terrain. The Amish I was paying to help me erect the frame and to cover the walls did so, and I had no money left to pay for wiring and plumbing help. So, I can do all my own carpentry work just fine, but I need and electrician to teach me how to wire my home as well as a person with plumbing skills to help and to teach me plumbing. I have the fuse panel in as well as the 200amp service connect, one outlet with power in the home, and two ceiling fans hung already and wired. That was done with the help of a friend and my brother that live too far away to help teach and finish off the project with me.

So here is the trade deal:
If you teach and help me to finish the wiring and plumbing of my home build. I will offer hunting and fishing access to my 47 acres; I have 2000 acres of Mead Paper Company clear cut around my land with only one other adjoining private property owner of 89 acres I can hunt on when his brothers or out of state hunters are not using his land with a shared recovery of deer on each other's land without issue (We actually help each other tract and recover the deer). the landowners across state route 279 from my land have the same shared recovery and assistance arrangements and I caretaker their land for them as well. I am very close to Cooper Hollow Wildlife Area (8 miles away) and Wayne National Forest about 6 miles south of my farm.
Here is what I am willing to trade on my end.
1. Being an Ex-Army sergeant and retired police officer we have to get along well, or this will not work.
2. I have four maintained deer stands with feeders and mineral licks, two are ladder stands, and two are box ground blinds in food plots. One food plot is for my daughter and I to use exclusively until we harvest our chosen buck (The Honey Hole). My daughter is in college and hardly makes it down to hunt, so the honey hole is solely mine until I get the buck I choose, then it is fair game due to my daughter's college/work schedule unless she comes back home for a weekend visit.
3. I have a well-stocked pond beside my two homes that would be open to fishing, but not being fished out. I do not mind eating what is caught, but just what is needed for a meal.
4.Given the lack of hotels and I can offer you to bring your camper, tent, or to stay in my old crap box two-bedroom home I live in with two large dogs until the new one is move in able.
5. Game tracking and recovery as well as taking your game to a great deer processor (Processing costs is yours to handle though) and access to a great taxidermist that takes select few clients (But you have to pay for his service or lose the opportunity to ever use him. I get you access to his closed client list, don't mess that up!
6. Seeking one person's help being a small landowner (47 acres) that hunts like a hundred given the terrain. That one person can bring his child to hunt and fish with him. No buddies, this is a one-person private offer unless it is two friends that help me wire and plumb my new home, then I will offer them both the same deal. No help, no access. I look at fathers the same as children of the helper to me. Brothers, buddies, and pals or in laws is a no go, unless they are the second worker/helper.
7. If this is a good, respectful, and mutually enjoyable relationship, then I do not mind extending my hunting and fishing access beyond what ever time limit we agree to for your services and access to my property.

7-21-2022 updated progress of far above county code electric work I have had my brother a retired disabled electrician that helped me to install and to do according to Franklin County and Columbus City codes where he retired from. I just can't push him any further due to his health and I do not want to perform CPR on him besides is three-hour drive distance from me.

My power company of Buckeye Rural Electric signed of and installed the new pole, transformer, reverse meter for my solar panels, and 400-amp service in December 2021, and signed off on everything. I just need a teacher/ helper for what I offer. The heavy lifting has been done.
