Can't help you with the lease but I can tell you that the Piedmont and Clendenning lake areas have a lot of public land around them and not hunted that much untill gun season. If you have a small boat(9.9hp), you can put yourself into good position that borders private land and the chance for a good deer! Same goes for turkey. I know a guy who does just that and he's taken several P&Y bucks that way. Lake maps can be downloaded I'm sure but used to be available at each marina. Welcome to Eastern Ohio!!
