i agree!!! but ph. service isnt free...well to the inmate i guess ...someone(parent,etc.)must give them a ph.card for them to call out...inmates can also do a collect call...and just for the caller to say hello its 15$ and charges kick in..just thought i'd point that out...:Dbut it does seem like a good plan...:D

This points out how jails run by the public treat even prisoners better than our "for profit" nursing homes treat our elderly.

It's disgusting to watch profit come between our elderly and the respect and care they deserve.

Maybe we should just charge the old folks with a crime and turn the prisons into senior citizen apartments.

If we just admitted defeat and ended our pathetic "war on drugs", we'd have lots more room for the elderly. Or as I like to call them... the innocent by-standers in our other "war on poverty".
