Interest in a Kentucky Lease?

I have been throwing the idea around of leasing in Kentucky. I was wondering how many guys would be interested in this. I would like other guys who have the same mature standards the last day of the season as the first. I don't have a place ready or anything. I'd like to keep it to a minimum number of people so cost i'd guess to be around $1,000 a year. Any interest fellas?

I have a feeling gas will hit $7 a gallon by the fall elections.
