I set up a trail cam at my sister-in-law's place a couple weeks ago.
Starting to get some decent pics. Lots of doe and two buck so far.

This buck appears to have an injured left back leg.
Looks swollen and infected to me. Thoughts?

Also, this deer look old to me. Any thoughts on age?

I reworded initial post. It's the same deer but my text made it sound like there were two different deer in the pics. I only posted pics of the one that looks injured.

He's a hurting puppy. Looks like his hip area is also affected by the injury.

You may want to call someone. May have to put him downs. He looks sick to me.

In the left picture you can see what looks to be Cutaneous Fibromatosis or deer tumors developing around his upper neck region. Very not good. :(This can be transmitted between deer. Aside from the rear leg injury, this deer looks doomed. I would show GW and possibly get them to dispatch this animal. If the buck does have CF, you don't want any transmission to occur.
