Does it make you a ******* bowhunter if during bow season, as you are getting out of bed to get ready for work, you look out the bedroom window and see a 140" 10 pointer feeding in your backyard, so you grab your bow, sneak out the side door and try and put a stalk on him in your underwear, only to shoot over him at 25 yards, while your wife and kids are laughing at you out the window?

Just curious.

They say you should pratice shooting your bow the way you hunt. So do hillbilly ******** set up their range on land they shouldnt be on then sneak in to shoot ?
Do they have to take a 12 pack of Bush beer if they are going to shoot for 3 hours ?

to answer your question whatever this means...i once hunted with these guys from a large northern ohio city...in a gun deer camp at a relatives place,no one was charged it was a freind thang...but the land area he had was between 200-300 acres...and these city slickers trespassed and broke about every law there was...me the ******* hill billy...left that deer camp...not saying the locals dont trespass but i know for everyone of them that does theres prolly two thats not local that trespass...my point is...locals know boundaries better, including wnf/private boundaries...plus a lot of locals just hunt wnf...city people are the ones that think you must hunt private or not hunt at all...and many are going to do that...permission or not...again i did live on the boundaries of the wnf and like everyone i know that hunted there...it was on the wnf...even though most of us knew or had relatives that had private land we could hunt and at no cost...i have 1000s of acres of private land at my disposal...and i havent hunted on private land in nearly 10 yrs...public land is much more enjoyable for me...i dont like to be restricted where i can go and the wnf gives me that...as for the locals on the edge of the wnf...to them, theres no better hunting then what lays right past their backyard boundary...one that they can legally cross...and walk into and hunt...as far as they care to go...the wayne national forest...as i say...theres no reason to pay to hunt...a message i send to the city boys...but of course if you prefer riding 4 wheelers and baiting...then the wnf isnt for you...go pay for it but learn the boundaries too, youre neighbors there at least know them......:D

I new I could get you to bite coonie. The guys that help you when you need help. love the outdoors and are just good country people I might call a ******* or good ole boys. But when you put hillbilly ******* together than I think of the guy that wont work but hunts deer year around and at night. Plants a big cash crop on someones land not his. Pushes all his trash in the creek once a year. Ever drive the mtns of south east Ky. Good thing is most of them have gotten smart and the country side dont look like it did 25 years ago. I am a country boy and dont care for alot of city slickers like the ones you talked about. But I dont push my car over the hill because its broke eather. I guess its all in what your opinion of a hillbilly ******* is. If its what you and most on here are proud of then I fit right in . But if its some of my distant family that live in KY then I am out.

guess what...theres someone kilt here bout every night...and several shot, talk bout trash...drive i 70 from brice to downtown...including car parts...its an everday thang here...trespassers here come in and kill people in their own homes...yep it might happen in the country...but not almost every night...this is the very reason many out in the sticks dont trust a city slicker as far as they can throw em...yes theres good city slickers but you know what...here you dont even know your next door neighbors name...seems theyre either too busy or afraid to come out of their house...i,ev lived in the same house here nearly 20 yr....people hardly even say hi...i cant wait to retire and get back to where people are friendly...i do know that...after over 30 yrs. of city life...and about as much in the country...i defineately know where i'd rather be...out in the country...where even if youre nearest nieghbor is a mile away...you know his name, his kids name, wifes name and his dog and cats names...and you can go on his place anytime you want...unannounced...:D

Im with ya on that to coonie, The inercitys have all the rats packed in a small box. I amm luckt I guess I live in a small town of abot 1300 people. If you walk out of my back yard your in a farm field. Been here 17 years and the only problems I have had is 1 gallon of gas stolen from my shed and a window shot out with a BB gun. My neighbore can be a a$$ at times , but its not like Dayton that has a shooting every night.
