deer glands on back legs

whats up with the glands on this deer's back legs? I don't recall ever seeing them look like that before. hopefully can see it, when blown up looks like a big baggy flesh hanging.

looks like just tuffs of hair to me, but possibly infections or maybe got hung up on a fence, I have seen that before!

Look normal to me. just an odd angle is my guess. next time you kill one look and you may be surprised how long and thick the hair is on the tarsal gland.
