I was able to put together another meal that used the same temp & times so I cooked all the ingredients at the same time. The chicken breasts were skinless & boneless & I used baby carrots instead of cutting up whole carrots. I had some of a spice mix left over from another meal & used it on the carrots & fries,

Once again, everything turned out real well. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside. The carrots & fries had just the right amount of snap as I don’t like mushy veggies.


Air Fryer Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Rub with the olive oil onto the breast.
  2. In a small bowl combine the spices and rub generously on the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken in the fryer
  4. Air Fry 360 for 9 min.
  5. Flip & cook for another 9 min or till internal temp is 165.

Roasted Air Fryer Carrots



Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of carrots
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Peel carrots and cut into 2-inch chunks. Cut any larger pieces in half to make all pieces a similar size. Or use baby carrots.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees.
  3. Toss carrots in about 1 teaspoon of oil.
  4. Place carrots in air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking every few minutes.
  5. Test carrots with a fork for tenderness. They are done when it glides through the carrot easily.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and shake basket to coat.
  7. Serve and enjoy immediately.
