  1. Looking for any advice on where I can go for some good bird hunting in South Eastern Ohio. I have a place in Monroe County. Woodsfield.

If you're looking for good grouse and woodcock, there's really not a lot of positive things to say. There are pockets of birds around but because of it being like that I don't see anyone willing to share locations. The best I can offer is to look for woodcock when the flights start coming through around the end of October. Find lowlands with good silky, gray or red Osier dogwoods and hit those. You can hit some really great action if you catch it right. I've had as many as 15 flushes on woodcock in an afternoon the first week of November.
