1 med. rabbit (cut into 1 1/2'' pieces)
1/2 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of minced onion
2 cups of sour cream
salt and pepper

Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in a resealable bag and add rabbit pieces, shaking to coat. Heat butter in a cast iron skillet and saute rabbit until browned on all sides. Drain excess fat from skillet and add onions and sour cream, stir gently and cover and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
