Walleye Central regular "Backwater Eddy" Carlson will be the featured guest on Fishing the Midwest television this week in most Midwest markets. We hooked up with Backwater this past August in the Fargo ND area and chased catfish. Ed is truly an accomplished "River Rat". His knowledge of rivers and catfish are amazing.
