We are going to plant 12 more acre's of food plots this year, We have 9 logging trails that are suitable for planting and are fully exposed to the sun. The longest of these logging trails is over 2 miles long, all the others are over a quarter mile long. All of the logging trails are dirt with grass on them, so it will be easier to plant on the logging trails and also leave the open fields free for corn and soybeans, My stupid question is if we plant on the logging trails a plot that is 10 feet wide how far along a logging trail would we have to plant to have a 1 full acre plot? For example , a quarter mile in length, or a half mile etc? Thanks, Pike
