So what is everyones plans for this year? New equipment, new areas, whats new??

This year I purchased a 10ft flatbottom for myself. Figure i would get a smaller boat i can toss in the bed of the truck. Any suggestions with it? I will have a 9.9 on it, a trolling motor, and a small platform. Anyone do a platform on this small of a boat? If so shoot me a picture. I am running the same equipment, and going to try the erie shoot, and thea tournement or two if i can find them.

As you can tell i am itching to hit the water!

I started out with a 10 foot boat and it worked good for small creeks and back waters on lakes. I would skip the platform and just stand on the floor or benches because weight will be a big issue on that size of boat and two people in that boat will be load. Most of the time I just had two batterys and my trolling motor plus bow, arrows, small cooler and sometimes a buddy. Once I put a 5 horse on the back and it flew so Im thinking a 9.9 will be a rocket.
