This is some very good stuff. No brainer to make and a cheep out. I've been using there product's for 3 year's. It's taste is better then a lot of butcher's blend's I've tasted. They make 4 different seaoning's for there jerky and trust me there hot mix is HOT. They carry ton's of supplie's for all different kind's of meat. Ending up with over 80 lb. of deer burger, I'm going to start getting into making my own sausage.
