No brainer to make and a cheep out. I've been using there product's for 3 year's. It's taste is better then a lot of butcher's blend's I've tasted. They make 4 different seaoning's for there jerky and trust me there hot mix is HOT. They carry ton's of supplie's for all different kind's of meat.
