need to find a raw fur buyer
I'm looking for a raw fur buyer(green hides) in southeastern Ohio.Preferably around Jackson or Vinton counties.

Bmiller, there is a guy in the town of Vinton.I cant remember the name.I think Its called Vinton furs.I always sell to a guy in Tupper plains.......Joe

I have been to the guy in vinton. Thats the closest one I know of to jackson.

Creekchub, do you think the guys on that list woudl buy raw fur from you. In other words think they woudl buy an unskinned coyote off you? Just curious as I love to yote hunt, but I dont have the time or space to skin them out and prepare their hides.

i do belive most of the buyers would buy in the grease and depending on the quality of the animal on carcus as well. guess the best thing to do would be just call and ask. i skin and dry all my fur and take it to the OSTA auction. or ship to NAFA in canada!!!

A good coyote should get you gas money to the mailbox!!  I got a nice one today..Some of the furbuyers won't even bother with them....Joe

Bowjo, not looking to get rich, heck I would give them up for free before I let them go to waste or rot. Just would like to have someone to give them to.

granted we do not have the best of yotes here in ohio but i have received as much as 23.00 for yotes and as little as 2.00. depending on the color. if they have a good white belly and a classic grey coat that be a good one. if you shoot a red colored yote those are just junk.
