Posted Today at 07:11 PM by bluedog (How did this happen to a city girl?)

I heard my husband leave the house at 5am to go to work and rolled over and went back to sleep. I so rarely sleep in so I was shocked when I woke up and it was 7:40am. Wow, that was kind of cool to sleep in that long.

After noon, my friend's 16 year old son that will be hunting with us on...

The squirrel

Posted 11-19-2009 at 08:25 AM by bluedog (How did this happen to a city girl?)

Posted 11-15-2009 at 07:29 PM by bluedog (How did this happen to a city girl?)

I finally got a chance to make sure the .17 was sighted in (it was) so I took it with me. Only had a chance at one squirrel but it was a rushed shot and I missed. This was only the second time to hunt this area and I got a better idea of where the squirrels were hanging out for the next time. Had some chores to do so only stayed out 2 hours. What I did find though was...
