several folks have directed me there for a chance at a high scoring buck but in lookin at the map, this place is big.

Is anyone familiar with the area willing to point me in a good direction, like around which camp to start lookin around?

thanks.

Never hunted there, but spend quite a bit of time fishing in the area. We normally camp in C in the summer, but I think it closes during the winter months. I would say no matter where you are at down there, you are going to be in pretty good territory. It is rough ground, meaning that since it has all been stripped, there are lots of high walls, and normally it is pretty thick since regrowth isn't all that old. There are decent sized trees in areas, and there are other areas that are just grass. If I was hunting for the first time there, and camping in the area, I think I would try to set up camp in a central location, and then work out from that area. There's enough land there that I have never even touched 1/10 of it I'm sure. Good luck,
