I know its hard to tell but looks like if they are, then not much growth. Or is that normal?

ya gotta load them on a host site first.
I use www.photobucket.com
Open a free account there and load em up. Then you copy the url address from there and paste in the IMG window here.
be sure to downsize the pics to no more than 640 pixels wide and 72 dpi so they will fit the threads.

Maybe next year...
I really do not think they are the same buck... the 2004 buck the tines cuvre in more than the lower bucks tines... they are straighter...

put out a couple of mineral sites in Febuary and keep em up for maximum antler growth. :)

I think you're right.
Brow tines look to be much shorter as well in 2005.

It's really hard to tell. I'd say they're probably different bucks that share a lot of the same genetics. I'd expect a bigger increase in antler growth if it was the same buck.

Looks like they are definately two different bucks.
The '05 buck has a smaller right side G-3 and a smaller left browtine. And the angles that the tines grow are also different.
Both good young bucks, though. I know I'd be happy to have them growing up in my area.

I say different bucks. The right antlers are not consistant.
