Finally got one to come within range! Tagged him about 20 yards away, clean pass through. Funny thing about it was he stumbled once he was up to full speed and smacked into a tree about 30 yards away, then down for the count. Ended up seeing 5 deer all together, 1 doe, 1 BB, 1 4pt, 1 spike and this guy. They're definitely moving!

Yep, here in Athens. I got 60 acres to look over while I'm renting my senior year here. Had to get out of town, and this kinda fell on my lap. I'm gonna post the 9pt my neighbor got, he was under my stand for about 20 mins about a week ago. I could never get a shot at him, a spike come out and annoyed him until he left and went straight to my neighbor. 1/2 hr later and he was hanging in his garage, kinda funny. This is the third good size buck takin off the 100 acres combined, definitely some great deer down here! Notice the large fluid sack on my neighbors deer. No tumor, past damage, just fluid.

Hell of a deer buddy...alot bigger than you made him sound on the phone. Looks like you might have figured out of to hunt those Southeastern brutes. LOL
