I Sold my Switchback !!!

I just can not get it shooting the way I think a $700.00 bow should shoot.
It shot field points decent and would hold a nice grouping, but I could not , no matter how I tried get that bow to tune with broadheads or field points.
I tried adjusting the poundage up
adjusting the poundage down
Moving the arrow rest in and out
Releasing some spring tension on the rest
adding spring tension to the rest
using a drop away rest
using a string loop
not using a string loop
different release
diffent arrows
different field point weights
Having the yolk adjusted
I do not care what I did it would not eliminate the tail tear left on the paper and it would not stop the arrow from kicking out to the right then slightly to the left then the arrow ( with field points) would get back on target and fly nice.
But with broadheads, the farther away I am the worse the grouping is.
Maybe somebody else could get it straightend out, or maybe they arent as picky as I am about my arrow flight.
But, I didnt want to have that worry in the back of my mind durring bow season.

i am in the process of buying a hoyt, or more than Likely a REFLEX Super SLam - Grizzly or a Timberwolf.
They just seem to be a great value, they are not super cheap, but they arent an arm and a leg either.
I want to try the hybrid cams out, because I am not all that impressed with single cams and their tuning characteristics.

I think I might be Joining the HOYT Fan Club here shortly !!!
I am beginning to think from all I am hearing that Mathews is slipping in their Q.C. area.

I dont think there was anything majorly wrong with the bow, its just I think for what a Switchback cost, you should not have to fight with it to get it shooting correctly.
It was not worth the effort to me.

You know it's funny, but as time goes on more complaints about the Switchback are begining to surface.

Did you try the Outback?
