The Lake County Ducks Unlimited
Presents:
Our first ever Greenwing Trap Shoot.
When: Sunday, September 25th at 12:00 (noon)
Where: Weslaco Sporting Club
10114 State Route 608
Hambden, OH 44024
Who: All current greenwings or children interested in becoming a
greenwing that is 17 years of age or younger. Parent or Guardians
are welcome and encouraged.
How much: $20 for current greenwings, $30 for new members (includes
a one year greenwing membership)
All greenwings are covered under DU's insurance
What: 2 rounds of 25 birds (more rounds possible depending on turnout).
All shooters are responsible for providing their own shotgun and shells.
Several youth model 20 gauges will be available if you don’t have your own.
DU will provide the clay birds and a complimentary lunch.
Raffle: There will be a gun raffle for a youth model 20 gauge Remington 870
in addition to:
Every clay bird broken gets a raffle ticket for an opportunity in the
greenwing drawing for more great prizes.
This will be a very low key event with the purpose of preparing the kids for the upcoming duck season and a good opportunity to rub elbows with other local outdoor sports people.
