I am looking for someone to go pheasant hunting with at Lone Oak in Deleware. I want to get the dog on some more birds before the season wraps up. Would want to split cost and birds shot. I usually hunt for all hens. I prefer to go in the morning on the weekends

Sorry I wish I could pheasant hunt right now but I am tied up in the search of some Grouse until grouse season is over with. By the way where is Delaware and is Lone Oak a preserve? Good Luck

Delaware is just north of Columbus on 23. Lone Oak is a Preserve.

Were you reffering to last weekend or are you going this up comming weekend? I know rabbit is in till the end of Feburary but are pheasents till in? If so I would be interested in going. Pheasant season is closed except on licensed preserves. I usually go to Lone Oak Farm. Cost is about $55 per person, when you split 9 birds. My dog cut the webbing on one of his paws last week, it is just now starting to get better. I need to call out there to see what they have open for the weekend, as I think the dog should be ready to go by then.
