Fished the bay this morning for largemouth and did pretty good after the sun warmed up the surface a little, the bite was better after 10.
The water was stained and in the low to mid 70's with a light south wind.
Caught most fish on a 3/8 oz white spinnerbait, got a couple on 1/4 oz white tubes and 2 on a ole pete's firetiger rattleshad.
We fished mostly rip rap walls with 3 to 10 ft of water on them.
I ended up with 14 largies and a million sheephead while the wife took 6 largemouth and a couple crappie.
Real nice day on the water.:D
