View Full Version : Greetings
I've been a resident of OH for several years now, but haven't taken full advantage of the hunting opportunities of the state. I travel back to PA frequently during deer seasons, but this year I'm trying to expand my experience in the Buckeye State. So any good local info will be much appreciated! I put in for the early primitive drawing in Shawnee SF, and have been map-prospecting the public lands S/W of Lancaster for my first year of archery hunting. If anyone can point me to some hotspots, I'll be eternally greatful. I've seen there are other members on here familiar with my stomping grounds around Warren county, PA...I'm happy to share info on that area too.

Hey, welcome to the site!
Yup I spend a bit of time up around your pa stomping grounds camping and trout fishing. Spend a bit of time over in Forest, Elk Warren and Venango counties. I'd like to start grouse hunting over there a little bit one of these days.

Welcome to the site Zeke!!!
Lance, where do you fly fish in Forest Co., PA.? We use to do Deer Camp over there years ago but never fished. Now that I am into fly fishing I might make a trip back that way.
