View Full Version : Just spent my Cabelas gift certificate

Mom got me a $50 Cabelas gift certificate for Christmas and I finally got around to blowing it and $187 too.;)

I got a new scent lok suit in Predator Fall Grey camo and to packs of 150 grain Magnus Stinger broadheads too.;)

The broadheads are on back order though.

Sweet.. is that camo pattern dark or light? Ground or tree camo?

I prefer Fall brown, but they only make the suits in Fall Grey.

It's geared more towards tree stands, but it works good on the ground too.

My Predator camo gets here tomorrow. :D

I actually ordered two setups. Got the Warp Knit insulated parka and bibs in the Deception pattern for cold weather ground hunting, and got the Busksuede Archers jacket and pant in Fall Gray for early season in the stand. I ordered mine from the manufacturer since Cabela's doesn't carry their full line.

Your gonna love it. I've been using predator for three seasons now. I've only been busted one time and had a deer take off. One several occasions I've had deer catch me drawing on them, stare for a minute, then go back to their routine.

My predator camo'd scent lok suit arrived yesterday. I won't use it until November though. It's just to dang hot to use it any earlier. I'm also going to use my green liner under it too.

Went to Dundee Wed. night mainly to spend some "us" time with the wife and to pick up a grazing doe decoy. But it's on back order too so I'll have to wait. Did manage to spend $160 on other goodies and some gifts for the little lady.
