Man, that sounds exactly what I'm looking for. Where is it located in reference to Ohio Power? Thanks.

Sounds like the perfect deer camp setup. Too bad I already have one and a half.

sorry about the link, don't know what happened, I'll try it again later?!?!

Property is 5 miles NE of McConnellsville on SR 78, farmer across the road keeps an eye on the place for me and I pay some teenagers up the road $25 a month to mow and weed-wack, they keep an eye on the place too, great bunch of people down there.

sorry, try this link;

http://www.parkhomesandcabins.com/parkmodels.htm

the log cabin style is similar to my Breck but I opted for vinyl siding for "low maintenance", the log style looks nice new but weathers quickly and requires continued maintencance, didn't need another annual project!

10gauge, you're an unknown neighbor! My camp is right off Co.Rd. 62.

mike,

I've been hunting down there for nearly 18 years now. Have owned the property about 10 years, I usually hunt "carmel ridge" & "bear run". Have some freinds from Dayton area with a place in Young Hickory" on 284 and hunt up in Muskingham county from time to time.

With the 1300 acre lease in Vinton & Ross county I have to make a decision on where I want to hunt so my place in Morgan County might have to go?!?! We'll see if there are any folks interested.
