Special Draw Hunts?

We have special draw hunts for early muzzle loader hunting during the fall for deer. I think maybe we should have special draw hunts for other public land areas, but for spring turkeys. These are a wary tough critter to get and when you have areas with a lot of people and a little public land to hunt(especially with limited woodland) then it is tough. So, while everyone has a chance to mess up the whole area why not reduce it to draw hunts. I don't mean this should be done everywhere. I think it would be a good idea to do it on 1 or 2 public land areas per zone. I think it would be better hunting and safer hunting. I guess a lot of guys might not like it. It's just a thought.
