Dillons tail water has came back down but still above normal. It was higher than it ever had been. I took the family down to see it and the water was up to state rt 146. Guys I know that fish the spillway and down at Dillon falls havent started fishing down there yet because of the water levels.

I take it you mean Dillon lake? If so I prefer the marina launch but a lot of nice bass boats use the ramp just off146. If you mean on the Muskingum I dont know but can find out. Saw a guy fishing today on the river in Nellie down a ways from Mohawk dam.

I work with some guys from Zanesville. I will find out and let you know. I know there is a riverside park down there that might have a launch. Have you ever fished at Dillon falls? Its between Zanesville and Dillon spillway. I dont think you can get a boat up thru there ,but I may be wrong. I fished down there years ago and had good luck but on the weekends it got elbow to elbow. I will check with the guys and let you know.

If you launch at Riverside you'll be above the Y-bridge dam. To launch below the dam, there's a ramp on Putnum Ave. You'll not be able to get to the face of the dam. To get to the tailwaters of Dillon, you'll have to use the ramp just above Dillon Falls, by Lumbertown, and you'll need a very small boat.
