I'd like to see my buddy #6 win before he retires. He's starting about middle of the pack. Go Mark Martin.

I say Jimmie Johnson. It's going to be hard watching the sunshine in Florida while we get hit with the white stuff.

I can't wait for the race to start. I am ready for a new season for Nascar.

Go Rustyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

He's my favorite, but I don't think he'll win today. Daytona has never been good to him.

CG- I can't wait for the race to start either. You ever been up to Mid-Ohio for any races? If not you should try to make it up sometime this summer. My family usually gets season passes. We park the RV right up along the track which makes it really nice. We could meet up sometime.

I have never been to Mid Ohio, but I would like to check it out sometime. I live about 30 mins from the track. I have been to Nascar race at Bristol and we went to the Brickyard 400 last year. I have also been to a couple NHRA events down at Kirkersvilled. I'm not a big open-wheel fan, but I could watch a race or two.

We watch more open wheel races. We go to a lot of CART races. Always Cleveland, Mid-Ohio (not on schedule anymore), Michigan, Millwaukee, and Fontana last year. I've been to NASCAR races at Michigan and Daytona (400). This year we're going to the F1 race at Indy. Also we frequent Eldora speedway for the World of Outlaws. It sure is awesome no matter what is racing. It's pretty neat to see them race late model muscle cars at Mid-Ohio as well. Not to mention the superbikes and shifter carts. You definitely need to make up to Mid-Ohio this summer.

:D-One of our accounts has an office lady that is obsessed with Gordon. There're posters, signs, pop machine fronts etc. all over her office.

Maybe ol' Mark Martin will be able to just "poke" out in front enough to pull out the win today? hehe :D

Being a fan of the #8 car sure made it hard to watch Busch push Gordon to the front. I personally cant believe he helped him that way. But, like Jr. said.....ya cant win all of them.
We had a helluva Daytona party at the local VFW. Proceeds support the drill team, so it was all good.

BTW, did you guys know that Tony Stewart bought Eldora Speedway here in Western Ohio. So far he's been seen in a bar in Rockford and in one at North Star. I guess in the bar in North Star he asked the bartender, who is a rather big feller, if the guy wanted his autogragh. The bartender, not knowing him, looked at him and said gruffly," No, why? Do want mine?"

Yes Tony did purchase Eldora Speedway. Did you notice how well those anger management classes were working after the race with Tony. had to Laugh. That was pretty good for Tony
