My son wanted to hunt again this afternoon and it went longer than I figured. I just can't tell him no since he's hooked on hunting now.
By the time we ate and I cleaned his 3rd and 4th rabbits ever!!!......and cleaned up.....it was just too late for me to get there.
I guess there's always next month.

Congrats on your boys continued success, but come one we've been planning this for a while. Andy was a no show too.
CG, Russ, "someone else" and myself were the ones that made it. It was good to meet a few of the people from the site.

I realize it was been planned for a month or so, but my kids come first.
He's shown a great interest in hunting now and I want to continue to make it fun for him when I can. I had the opportunity to do just that yesterday....and I did it.
Like I said, it just ran longer than I anticipated and with all the clean up and eating and showering......with 3 kids in the house.....things tend to take 3 times longer than you expect.
I'll be sure to make the next one.
Did Critter throw beer at anyone?

Hey Jimmy! That's ok. We're glad the boy is having fun hunting and of course that comes first. We had a good time and I had a close call, but all of my beer got drank and none ended up on the table or on somone else. I figure the Deer and Turkey Expo would be a good opportunity for the next one and I figure more guys would come for that as there is a lot to see and check out there besides us stiffs! lol

I don't know what day I'll be going. I can go any day really. There is a chance I might have to take my Series 7 exam that weekend, but I just don't know yet. It depends on my progress and their openings.
Anyone heard from Andy in a while?

Haven't heard from Andy? I think he said something about going on Saturday. I would prefer Friday evening, but I guess it would be most convenient for most folks to go on Saturday. Maybe everyone should vote for their preferred timeframe and we'll go from there to see which would draw the most people.
I would vote for MORNING since Saturday of the expo always gets real busy. I am flexible though and could go anytime.

I've never been to the show, so I'll go anytime. I don't want to be there when it's really busy, but I don't know when exactly that is.
So.... I'll go at whatever time is picked. I trust that everyone else knows the best time.

A Saturday morning sounds best to me, too.
