Well I'm off to the Desert, been activated for over a year now and have been on the road in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and now they're sending us over for Operation Iraqi Freedom, I'll be over in Qatar, and I'll check in from time to time and let you know how things are going and see how things in the outdoor community are doing, won't be able to finish out rabbit season but what the heck there's always next year.

Take your pocket fisherman if ya can. My cousin was stationed at Camp Annoconda and he said there is good fishing on Saddam Lake. He ran fule tanker convoys and said every time he got stopped by the Dutch Soliders on the damn, they would ask around and seen if anyone could get fishing poles for them!!! If you got some R+R leave you just might get to do some feeshin!!! Take care and hope to hear from ya soon.
