That happened to me when I first registered with my first handle. After a few days I was able to post. Then a year later it happened again, so I just registered a new handle.

Boy, I'll try to answer this but I hope someone straitens me out if I'm wrong. Cookies leave a signature trace of where ever youv'e been on the internet. If you go into my computer, click on control panel, click on intrnet options. You should get a box which has options , delete temporary internet files, delete cookies. You sholud delete temp. internet files abuot every month.(it could slow your computer down if you dont) I dont delete my cookies because sites like yhis where I'm registered if you delete them you will have to sign in every time.

IE ...
On the internet option settings ~ I have mine set for:
Security - Medium
Privacy - Medium High
If they are set any higher they will not allow cookies I believe...
-Also I have my TIF set for automatic refresh...

one more thought ... when you register a e'mail is sent to your signup addy with a link that you have to click to activate your OS account to be able to post... you can log on, but not post till you do it.

Fishin...
I have the exact same issue, but only when I am trying to post from work (as I am now). I just keep trying and eventually it lets me. It might have something to do with being on a networked computer or something b/c I don't have the problem from home...on the exact same computer (I have a laptop for work).

Thanks, That may be the problem. I registered at work and now I'm trying to post from home. It happened from another site I visit and the host of the site had to reset something that allowed me from both work and home. Thanks again it's starting to make since now.
