winterizeing outboards????

I inheriated my grandfather's Bass boat when he passed on to those fishing grounds in the sky this spring. My question to yall is how do you winterize an outboard?? Grandad never had to do this cause he and grandma went to Florida for the winter and took the boat with them. I figure someone on this site knows a little about it!!! Thanks!!

I think the most important parts are the stabilizer (Stabil) and lower unit fluid.

Thanks Magis. If i dont have deer to cut up this weekend I will winterize the ol' tub so I will be ready for that early spring bite!!!
