Pop-up blinds

I was once told that pop-up type of blinds, or I guess anything not natural, were illegal in Ohio, but I see guys using them.

Could it be just not legal during deer-gun season since they are not hunter orange? I can't find anything in the regulations book one way or the other.

Iv'e seen them used during gun season. If it was me I would add some cammo orange to it somewhere jist to keep from being shot

I've never seen nor heard of that restriction before?

Good idea Muzzy Man. I have a blind that has small patches of orange on each side that can be covered by a Velcro-held flap. If I used mine it would be on my own property where I had some control over who hunted.

I'm thinking about it.

I use mine during gun season, but like they said it is on my own property.;)
