It's the Official end of my Boatin' season as I put the heavy-duty cover on & set the Beater I-Boat on the safety slings yesterday .. see ya on the ~~~~~ in late Feb or March after Ice-out:)

Well, cuz other than the smelt dippin' hole boaters, I've kinda observed the bulk of good Eyes n' sUMo's take a likin' to rocks n' channels this time of year .. rather than the breaks n' humps after dark like back in warmer weather... has a lil' to do with warmer water, spinnin' shad n' wind direction --

-woke up to green water this morn' in the channel finally -- 2 sm eyes this afternoon on checks, but No' visible shad dimples or eatin' swirls --
