I'm going this weekend.
Last weekend they released trout into the pond by the East Bank Marina, and I spent my time catching them. I smoked 7 of them. Man were they tastey.
But fried perch are definately in short term future for this weekend.
I went to Lake Erie last Saturday.........Had the charter scheduled prior to knowing opening day of waterfowl season. We had 3- 5 footers and the fishing was tough. We caught 14 out of a possible 30 (Walleyes that is.) They ranged from 2 to 8 pounds. Pretty fun fishing!
